Transaction History Database
The Transaction History database provides a storehouse for every transaction in every GoProject database. Whether a user is creating, revising, or deleting a document within the GoProject system, the Transaction History database will keep a record of that transaction. This allows for full-text indexing of, searching for, and report generation about any transaction in any GoProject database in this one central location.

Request Management System
The Request Management System database provides a web-friendly front end that allows Notes and non-Notes users alike to submit job requests to the GoProject System without specific knowledge of how GoProject works. Once the request has been submitted, the Request Management System will channel it through GoProject for approval, project database creation/modification and/ or task development. The system also allows requesters to query the database as to the status of their request.
