Time Management Database
GoProject's time keeping and resource management reports are created and maintained in this database, which contains the following functions and views.

  • Staff time sheets configured for daily record-keeping in half hour increments
  • Resource allocation functions assign personnel by level and availability, monitor accrued to forecast time, and report on expended time by project
  • Time and expense reports control billing, report by individual or project team, and combine time reports with expense reimbursement reports in single views

Master Directory
Linked to the Time Management database to define Roles and to Project databases to assign teams, the central Directory enables GoProject to run reporting/electronic mail agents, authenticate users, and create selection windows in specific documents.

  • Profile templates define roles, security levels, and assignments while providing detailed contact information
  • Directory views are grouped by role, organization, project, or alphabetical order for scrolled and search-bar access

Configuration Database
The Configuration database is an administrative tool for creating and defining the form and content of worktools and documents in GoProject.

Senior Management Database
The Senior Management Database view is intended to provide executive oversight of all activity and succinct reports for at-a-glance updates.

  • Status Reports provide single line-item views of all Projects by condition, budget status and schedule status
  • Time and Expense Reporting provides reports on-demand from the Time Management database
  • General Documents database provides secure access to attachments or archived information

Management Database
The Management database is the starting point for new Projects and monitoring of on-going project activity.

  • Project Authorization forms with electronic mail notification enable the creation of new Project databases
  • Capital Authorization Request documents contain encrypted signature capabilities and configurable approval levels
  • User Change Request forms document revisions and responses
  • Status Reports provide single line-item views of Projects within the database with mouse-click access to detailed information

Project Management Database
Resident within the GoProject Project Management database are all of the tools necessary to ensure efficient execution and workflow, arranged in four basic categories:

Project Administration Documents include:

  • Conference Reports to document meetings and assign responsibility
  • Schedules to launch external applications and maintain current views
  • General Documents for archived information and correspondence and Fax Log

Project Documents include:

  • Change Requests to document revisions, approvals and related actions
  • Document Approval forms with encrypted signature/authentication controls
  • Request for Information (RFI) forms to create an audit trail of design, development and implementation modifications and clarifications
  • Request for Proposal (RFP) forms to create, track, and analyze proposals and bids
  • Spec Sheets for procurement control

Accounting Documents include:

  • Detailed Budget templates to monitor approved, forecast and actual expenditures, and invoice status
  • Purchase Order forms, reports, and vendor tracking functions
